The educational content provides a holistic perspective, which is facilitated by our coaching approach, a Pilates-based membership with educational content to develop coaches to work virtually and in-person.
Our Learning Management System allows us to:

- ensure all educational content has been completed to a passing level of awareness
- update educational content based on the most current scientific information available
- reward coaches for usage of their Learning Management System

Pilates Reformer is one of the most challenging tools to integrate into your programming as the choreography is so diverse, we make this simple with ready-made progressions to guide clients and patients through immediately.
Pilates Springboard/Tower
We offer an innovative approach to the integration of the springboard/tower into your sessions with clients and patients by combining the reformer with the springboard/tower as well as suspension therapy and myofascial release progressions.
Pilates Trapeze Table Work
We offer the opportunity to learn how to integrate suspension therapy with the Trapeze table as one of the segments of our ECM Pilates accreditation. This is currently under construction and will be available by 2024.
