Myofascial Release utilizes a half roller to apply a force against areas in the muscle or fascia that has either an adhesion or the muscle is holding tension.  With the Wellness Membership, you have four programs to choose from that provide a full body release with the half roller.

Suspension Therapy works with your standard suspension trainer with choreography that supports the needed sets and reps to change a movement pattern. The Wellness Membership offers our Progressions that introduce the twists and turns that make our content unique in its evolution from therapeutics to fitness.

Working with a 9" Pilates Ball or a 45-65cm Stability Ball to stimulate your core to balance is the foundation for the ball and breath work.  The Progressions with our Wellness Membership allows you to work with moderate dynamic conditioning  videos to build on your strength.

Pilates Mat is a workout that can be done anywhere and anytime as all you need is a mat.  Our Wellness Membership provides you with a Pilates class that will challenge your core. There are also specific Progressions in Supine, Side-lying and Prone and Seated to work on building your core strength.

Functional Conditioning is the transition into fitness by working with suspension and resistance for the sets and reps that isolate various muscle groups and yoga with suspension to hang in various poses.  Our Functional Conditioning provides specific progressions to address arms, legs,  and core endurance.
